The CSSAWWWARDS team
Last updated: 10 August 2026
CSSAWWWARDS is built and maintained by a small, independent team rather than a large publisher — which means every listing, review, and article on this site is evaluated and checked by people directly accountable for it.
Byline note:Tools and articles on CSSAWWWARDS are attributed to "The CSSAWWWARDS Team" rather than a single named author, because the directory is a collaborative, ongoing effort — listings get re-reviewed, copy gets edited, and pages get updated well after their original publish date. This page exists so you know exactly who's behind that byline.
Who's behind CSSAWWWARDS
CSSAWWWARDS is built by a software developer with 9+ years of experience building web applications — the same hands-on frontend and CSS work this directory is about — working alongside contributors who help test submissions and keep category listings current as tools change or get discontinued. You can find the founder's professional background at about.me/adlbdsha.
How we evaluate tools
Every submission gets opened and actually used before it's listed — we check that it's live, functional, relevant to CSS/frontend development, and genuinely useful rather than a repackaged wrapper around an existing tool. Our full process, including how featured (paid) listings are still held to the same bar, is documented on the Editorial Policy page.
Corrections & feedback
If a tool listed here is broken, discontinued, or misdescribed — or if a blog post gets something wrong — we want to know. Use the thumbs-up/down and "write feedback" icons on any tool page, or email contact@cssawwwards.com with the page URL and what looks wrong. We read and triage every message.
